Dear participant,
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete our survey. This survey is one part of a short research project to identify opportunities and challenges along the investment chain in Canada that assist or limit the development of Indigenous training, employment, contracting and advancement opportunities as well as direct investment in Indigenous owned businesses. The research is being undertaken jointly by Shareholder Association for Research and Education (SHARE) and the Canadian Council on Aboriginal Business (CCAB) and is funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
We expect this survey will take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete.
Please feel free to comment on any specific experiences you have with different types of employment / contracting in relevant comment boxes.
For the purposes of this survey, it does not matter whether or not the business is actually led (CEO, President, etc.) by Indigenous peoples, although you’d be very welcome to elaborate on your experience with Indigenous led but not necessarily majority owned businesses in any of the comments sections. If you would like to be notified when the findings related to this research are made public, please check the box in the survey and provide your email address.
