Parent Survey

GEVS would appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are performing as a District, regarding Motivation & Pride, Communication, Customer Service and Safety.  This survey should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete, and all of your answers will be voluntary and confidential.  The responses will not be identified by the individual, and all responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group. Once your survey is completed and turned in, your child will receive a ticket for a free ice cream to enjoy at lunch!
