Bearing in mind the judging criteria, entrants are required to provide a case study outlining the innovation of their managed service using no more than 750 words. Please include any evidence within the given word limit.

ISPA judges may ask ISPA Secretariat to contact entrants to clarify any information given in the application.

The deadline for completion of this form is 28th March 2014. Forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
