We are a group of researchers conducting a research that investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health (particularly anxiety and depression) of the frontline nurses in the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia. We will be also exploring the risk factors associated with the mental health outcomes. We would really appreciate you taking the time to fill out this survey, which will only take about 10 minutes, and contributing to our study. By filling out this form, you will be consenting to sharing the information on this questionnaire. We ensure confidentiality and protection of the information provided through this questionnaire. Please refrain from filling out the questionnaire if you are diagnosed with any mental illness.
