2.During the Winter Schedule (October 2022-March 2023), I would like to:

Take a FULL-TIME leave off absence for 1 or more months

Work a part-time roster with more days off and less work days (with a lesser guarantee)

Be able to DROP trips and/or blocks of standby/reserve (will result in a deduction of 3 hours per day from your guarantee)

Work MORE trips, if possible.

Work the schedule that is given to me.
