The Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) and the Toronto Association of BIA’s (TABIA) is pleased to announce the 2017 BIA National Conference to be held at the Westin Prince Hotel – April 2 to April 5, 2017.  The 2017 Theme is: Measuring the ROI of BIAs.
