By typing your name below, you are confirming an intention to work professionally with any and all clients in which this information is provided to Yummys Venue clients and each of the following to be true:
1) My team agrees to allow Yummys Venue to share the information captured here with potential clients. My team will not drop the ball on communication or delivering the product or service as promised to the client. My team will remain professional and courteous to clients at all times.
2) My team will return phone calls, emails, or texts within 24 "business" hours of client out reach.
3) My team will provide the client with a written agreement outlining all details with no hidden information. Transparency is of upmost importance.
4) My team will stand behind the terms in which I promise the client. No baiting and switching clients on expectations.
5) My team will keep Yummys Team in the loop of communication with details impacting delivery of product/service, challenges arising with client, and SUCCESS in working with client.
6) My team will have proper insurance, licensing, and legal documentation as required in my respective industry and furnish via email to yummysvenue@gmail.com as requested.
7) My team provides Yummys the approval to share and post positive photos and videos from our common events while also tagging our social media pages. Yummys will ONLY tag and share BUSINESS pages; never personal pages.
8) My team will take on all liability while working with client regarding the specifics of my products and services.
9) My team will speak in high, positive regard for experiences with clients and colleagues of Yummys ensuring constructive feedback is kept internally with the intention of positivity and growth. Yummys is a safe place to experiment and grow in your business. We provide each other with feedback but never share "growing moments" publicly. The benefit of the doubt is always given to fellow business owners and we appreciate the same relationship; always working to improve.
10) My team agrees to REMOVE all my business items from the venue unless otherwise arranged in writing (text or email) with approval from Yummys Venue team 48 hours or more in advanced.
