Thank you for completing this survey!

This survey is designed to gather information that will help to protect the quality of life, health, and safety of town residents. It is being conducted by the Town of Danby Gas Drilling Task Force.

By responding to it, you will help to identify the locations of unique natural areas, water wells, active or abandoned oil/gas wells, and other land resources you consider to be important. The information that you enter into this survey will be used to map these important features. It will not affect your tax assessment. We've asked for your contact information and the location of your land so that we can compile this information accurately and so that we can get in touch with you if we have questions.

The survey will take only a few minutes, and you can skip any questions that you don't want to answer or that aren't applicable to you. If you would like more information about the survey, please email <MNGresearch@gmail.com>.

Danby's Gas Drilling Task Force thanks the Town of Caroline, Tompkins County, New York for developing the questionnaire that this survey is based on.
