Yocona Area Council Triple Crown Patch Application

This is the application form for the Yocona Area Council Triple Crown patch – the patch that is earned by camping at each of the three Yocona Area Council within a calendar year.

To aid you in filling out this form, you’ll need
• The dates this year when you camped at each of the following:
• Camp Yocona
• Camp Toby Tubby
• Bay Springs campsite
• Group photographs of camping at each of the properties

Once approved, you’ll be able to order the patches for $5.00 each.

In the future we are considering adding a service project rocker and possible year rockers (2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year).
