The Great Plains Leadership Institute will offer a limited number of stipends for Year 16 scholars. Please complete this application in order to be considered for a stipend.

Stipend disbursement will be based on the following categories (in no particular order):

Availability of funds
Degree of need
State in which/for which you work
Agency type for which you work (public health department, etc.)
