Youth Vaping Perception Survey

The Yates Prevention Coalition is conducting voluntary survey to learn more about how adults in Yates County view underage vaping and the use of vape products. Please take 5 minutes to complete the following short survey.

Your participation is voluntary and all of your answers will be kept confidential. The results of the survey will be used to steer local programming efforts and provide data for future funding opportunities

This is not a test, so there are no right or wrong answers. Some questions may ask you to select all of the answers that are relevant, and others ask you to select a single answer.
