* 15. ROUTINE PLACEMENT:  The 320 Company directors/instructors will have final say on where each team dancer is placed for 22-23 competition routines. Selections are based on each dancer’s overall skill level, technique, showmanship, and age/maturity.

* 16. Pre-Co dancers will participate in 2-3 group routines. These do NOT include solos, duos, or trios.

* 19. SOLOS:  Company dancers have the opportunity to be considered for solos, if the 320 directors feel they are ready. Studio 320 will select choreographers for dancers, based on their age, level, and desired genre. Studio 320 will have final approval on song selections, choreographer and costumes.

Company & Pre-Co dancers have the opportunity to be considered for duos/trios, if the 320 directors feel they are ready, and have suitable pairing options with other teammates of similar age/ability. Studio 320 will select choreographers for dancers, based on their age, level, and desired genre. Studio 320 will have final approval on song selections, choreographer and costumes.

* 24. REQUIRED EVENTS:  Pre-Co dancers will compete at 2 REGIONAL events as a full team (Kansas City area.)

* 26. Company dancers are required to participate in 1 DANCE CONVENTION this season. Studio 320 will register you for all conventions. (Conventions must be approved by Tara and should not conflict with major group choreo or rehearsal days.)
