Hep Free PA Survey

The following survey is intended for clinicians who provide viral hepatitis testing and/or care, community-based organizations that provide viral hepatitis prevention/outreach/testing and navigation services, and health department staff who manage viral hepatitis activities. The purpose of the survey is to better understand how the COVID-19 has impacted viral hepatitis services in PA. All responses are anonymous.

Goal: To determine impact, challenges & barriers to current viral hepatitis services in PA, and to understand resources that would be helpful in overcoming challenges.
