Thank you for your participation in the 2024 CoC Program NOFO process. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand what went well, where improvements can be made, and how we can enhance our collective efforts for future funding cycles.

This survey is designed to gather insights from all participants. Your responses will guide adjustments to our processes, ensuring we continue to support our community’s needs effectively and equitably. We encourage you to share openly—your input is crucial for refining our approach.

Thank you for your time and for helping strengthen our community’s response to homelessness. You make take the survey multiple times if you engage in the NOFO in different capacities.
