The 2022 Awards banquet is January 28th this is your opportunity to nominate someone deserving of these awards. The survey will be given to the special committee chair for consideration. 
1.REALTOR® of the year is chosen by a committee of past award recipients and given to a deserving realtor member who was active during the current year, showed enthusiasm, got involved and went above and beyond to better the association
2.Citizen of the year is an individual who serves and supports the community and/or organizations in an exemplary way.
3.American spirit award - The PR committee established this award in 1993 to honor are then EO Tillie Shaw. The award acknowledges someone in the community that has gone above and beyond for our association, our community and our industry.
4.Lifetime achievement award - this award was established for the purpose of recognizing the efforts of an individual who has been instrumental in raising the public and professional standing of real estate professionalism and who has demonstrated unparalleled achievements in the
conduct of the real estate business. This award is intended to recognize a leader in the real estate industry who has made sufficient and positive contributions as a whole throughout his or her career.
5.The Jay Neff distinguished affiliate award this award was established to recognize one of our industry partners that displayed exemplary services to the members of CPAR.
6.Brokerage of the year the office who made an extraordinary impact on the community and volunteers their time to help with the Association
7.Good neighbor a REALTOR® with high principles of a good real estate practice among brokers and had an extraordinary impact on the community through their volunteer efforts or charity.
8.In an effort to bring everyone in the association closer together the Board of Directors is looking into options for better communication and notifications. Do you have any suggestions?
