By participating, you will help shape the creation of a new safeguarding standard for funders that will guide funding practices and contribute to safer, more responsible grant-making.

The workshops will provide space to explore:
  • How to ensure the standard is realistic and relevant to funders based in or working across different geographical contexts.
  • Whether there are any challenges and concerns that may prevent funders adopting or implementing the standard, and how these can be addressed.
  • What support funders might need to implement the standard and how FSC might be able to provide tools, guidance and support to help funders embed safety within their grant making practices.
