CPSU NSW/PSA Survey – Hunter Valley Disability Service (‘HVDS’) and Mid North Coast Disability Service (‘MNCDS’) members regarding payroll and payslip issues

The CPSU NSW/PSA is working with HVDS delegates to collate any member concerns regarding underpayment, overpayment or payslip issues. If we identify significant issues or ongoing concerns we will collate your survey concerns and raise this with HVDS/MNCDS management for a resolution. The CPSU NSW will also consider further legal options.
1.Can you easily read your payslip?
2.Can you readily access your payslip?
3.Have you been underpaid or overpaid?
4.Are you able to use the HVDS/MNCDS ‘TICKIT’ system to submit a pay inquiry?
5.Are your leave balances correct?
6.(i) If you have raised a pay issue, has it been dealt with in a timely manner?
7.(ii) Were you advised of the outcome of your enquiry?
8.(iii) Were you satisfied with the outcome of your enquiry?
9.What types of additional information do you think would assist you to understand your payslips?
10.If you have been overpaid have you been advised of the implications of not repaying all of this money before the end of the financial year?
11.Have underpayments/incorrect payments resulted in you incurring financial penalties from your financial institution?
