FOPL Human Capacity Working Group

Based on the results of surveys with CEOs and Emerging Leaders last fall, our working group is proposing a talent management toolkit that can be scaled for use in all provincial libraries.

This could include strategies for succession planning, recruitment, development and staff engagement, among other topics.
