Medicine Hat Air Service Survey

Recently the Medicine Hat & District Chamber of Commerce has received concerns from our membership regarding Air Canada's reduction in flight frequency. Air Canada has brought in a larger aircraft, which will provide more seats and better service, however in order to accommodate this change, they have needed to reduce their flights from four per day to two per day. Previous flight departures were at 05:30, 11:00, 16:30 and 20:00. The departures now are at 11:35 and 19:00. In order for us to provide further information to Air Canada to assist in their network planning decisions for our local air service, we need your help. Please take a few moments to complete the 10 questions below prior to June 7, 2019.
