1 - Strict: leaves home just for essentials; maintains a 6-ft distance outside of home; hand washing when touches anything; wears mask when outside home; no socializing outside home 

2 - Fairly strict: leaves home for work and groceries; socializes with others at 6-ft; exercises outdoors in low density areas; no intimacy/touch outside of who you are sheltering with at home

3 - Somewhat open: socializes with <10 others at 6-ft; will socialize with select others at less than 6-ft if at the same contact level or less; wears mask outside of home; intimacy/touch allowed if at same level or less

4 - Moderately open: regularly socializes with others outside home; does not regard any social distance parameters; no mask use outside home; leaves home regularly

5 - Very open: no precautions other than hand washing; may desire to get infected; may have already been infected
