Welcome to the City of Santa Monica's 2019 Wellbeing Survey!
The purpose of the Santa Monica Wellbeing Project is to define, measure and improve wellbeing in the City of Santa Monica. We will use the findings from the overall results from this survey, combined with other sources of data, to produce a Local Wellbeing Index, which will help us all better understand wellbeing in Santa Monica. This survey will help the City understand how Santa Monica residents are experiencing wellbeing as individuals and as a community. Your input is a vital part of creating an accurate and relevant measure of wellbeing in Santa Monica.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Your responses are confidential and will not be linked to you as an individual. Your answers will be combined with those of other Santa Monica residents to help describe wellbeing in the Santa Monica community. As part of the city investment in greater transparency, individual responses may also be shared on the City of Santa Monica’s open data platform, but responses will not be attached to your name or contact information.

This survey is completely voluntary. You can skip any questions that you do not wish to answer and can stop taking the survey at any time.

At the end of the survey, you will be directed to the Santa Monica Wellbeing Project site to learn more.
