State Library and State Records Office Disability Access and Inclusion Plan Survey

The State Library of Western Australia and the State Records Office are interested in your feedback and comments regarding the accessibility of our collections, services, programs and events. Your feedback will inform a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan for the organisations.
