2019 Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards

Nomination can be made by either the Business or by an individual

This award recognizes an organization that has made an outstanding contribution to the community while maintaining or establishing a reputation for delivering exceptional programs and/or services that have a significant social impact on our community. This organization demonstrates a commitment to volunteers and/or employees combined with partners, corporate citizenship and community partnerships.

Separate nomination packages must be submitted for each 2019 Business Excellence category. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, September 6, 2019

* 1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for the nomination of a 2019 Business Award all applicants must meet the following criteria. Please review each item below and check the box beside to signify understanding of the eligibility requirements:

The nominated organization must have operated in Okotoks & District for a minimum of two years (unless otherwise specified in the criteria for a particular category.)

The nominated Organization must employ Albertans to produce goods and/or provide services.

The nominated Organization must be operating at the time of nomination and at the time of presentation of the award.

Directors of the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce are asked to refrain from submitting self-nominations.

A representative of the nominated organization must be available to attend the Chamber Business Excellence Awards Banquet.
