All Briar wholesale accounts must maintain a current reseller certificate on file, if required in the state business is located. Please provide your store's reseller certificate/permit number. (If this does not apply to your state/country, please state "Does not apply.")(Required.)
9.MAP PRICING

Briar Baby adheres to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) standards. We require that all resellers of Briar products are required to adhere to MAP pricing established by Briar. Retailers found selling Briar products below MAP will be asked to adjust pricing to MAP standards, and failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of the account.(Required.)
10.WEB COMMERCE

All approved Briar wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Briar products on their privately-hosted website and in their brick and mortar store only, unless otherwise noted. Resellers are NOT permitted to sell Briar products on third-party e-commerce sites, including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, Jet.com, etc. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of the wholesale account.(Required.)
