Target Audience: Early Career (1-8 years post fellowship) & Trainees (Residents & Fellows)
Speed Mentoring Sessions: 1-on-1 and small group virtual mentoring sessions designed for early career members focused on pre-planned topics related to professional development, career advancement, integration of research, work-life balance, and optimization of clinical practice. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with multiple mentors during each session.
Webinars: Mentorship will be provided through panel discussion sessions designed around topics relevant to educational milestones.

Opportunities to lead speed mentoring breakout discussions around topics of interest/expertise and/or serve on webinar panels.
