LaceUp Terms and Info

1. All vendors must be self-contained. All vendors must provide a canopy tent or rent a canopy from event. Vendors may not exceed their provided space.

2. Vendors sampling, selling, or giving away food products must have proper health department certification. It is Vendors' responsibility to submit and make payment on applicable permits.

3. Vendor spaces must be ready and staffed one hour prior to first start time on race day.

4. Vendor spaces must be staffed through the duration of the event, and vendors may not break down before the end of the event.

5. Vendor spaces are non-transferable.

6. No refunds will be made to Vendors who do not attend the event.

7. Vendors understands and agrees that photographs, videos, and other recordings of Vendor and Vendor space may be used for promotional, advertising, and/or educational purposes by the LaceUp Running Series and Dragonfli Media Technologies.

8. Vendor is liable for any and all damages that result from his or her booth. No vendor has the authority to incur costs or liability againstthe LaceUp Running Series, Dragonfli Media Technologies and any sponsors associated with the event.

9. Vendor is responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods, or for all personal injuries to himself or herself, employees or representatives of Vendor.

10. Vendor will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee if Vendor leaves trash, boxes or debris.

11. Dragonfli Media Technologies has the right to refuse, reject, or restrict any vendors or exhibits.

12. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming Dragonfli Media Technologies as an additional insured.

13. Vendors may be required to provide additional certificates of insurance per venue and city requirements. Information will be provided upon form submittal.

Certificates of insurance and a copy of applicable health department paperwork must be received at least ten days prior to each event. If either are not provided, Vendor may lose expo space, and refunds will not be provided.
