Inquiry into the future of social care

The challenges facing adult social care have been debated and discussed; it is now time to focus on finding solutions and supporting best practice.
The APPG for Adult Social Care has launched this inquiry to hear your views about the current and future landscape of adult social care services, and to find examples and evidence of where things are working well and where they need improvement.
This inquiry will examine the value of adult social care to the community and individual.
To this end it will gather perspectives from providers, commissioners and the people who experience adult social care.

Please answer only the questions you feel you are able to. If you require an accessible version of this survey, please contact ASCAPPG@mailpbconsulting.com

The deadline for responses to this survey is 5pm on Wednesday 5th June.

Thank you for taking the time to support the work of the APPG on Adult Social Care
