NCTTRAC Strategic Planning Survey 2019

This survey is organized by RAC service lines and/or topic areas of interest.  An individual survey section should take no more than five minutes to complete, exclusive of elective comments.  Although you are welcome to answer all questions for each section, you are not mandated to do so. First is a Special Interest (NCTTRAC Stop the Bleed) section followed by nine NCTTRAC service line sections.   A “Skip” option is available for your use for each section and/or question you do not feel appropriate to address, based on your areas of exposure or expertise.

The purpose of this survey is to identify strengths and challenges within NCTTRAC's member driven scope of services and activities.  NCTTRAC is a 501 C (3) non-profit organization and is the Hospital Preparedness Program Administrator for Trauma Service Area E. Our members and regional partnerships guide the development, implantation, improvement, and sustainment of comprehensive trauma, acute, and emergency healthcare systems.  By doing so, it is important that we (NCTTRAC) receive feedback in regards to what we are doing well, what we are not doing well, what should we do more of, and what should we do less of.  By completing and submitting this survey, you are providing us with feedback that will be analyzed and presented in support of the 2019 NCTTRAC Strategic Planning Session.

Each Section within this survey will ask that you rate (from 1 to 5) how NCTTRAC, as a member and partner-driven organization, is performing using the following scale.

Very Dissatisfied          Dissatisfied          Neutral          Satisfied          Very Satisfied

         1                                2                            3                      4                       5

If you are unsure of an answer, or if the question does not pertain to you, you may elect to skip the question individually or skip the entire section.  At the conclusion of this survey, you will be provided an open feedback opportunity for topics that may not have been addressed in this survey.
