2.How many critical care beds are available? Does your hospital practice as a tertiary centre and do they have seperate ICU/HDU/L1 facilities available?(Required.)
3.Do you provide a 24/7 Critical Care Outreach service? If yes, what is the staff ratio day:night?

If no, do you have a hospital at night model and how does the Outreach Team feed into this?

If you have neither 24/7 Outreach or hospital at night, how is the service managed out of hours and who do staff escalate deteriorating patients to?

4.What is the structure behind the Critical Care Outreach Team? Who do they report to? What division?

What band are the Outreach Team currently practising at and do they have a leader based within the Outreach Team?

5.Are the Critical Care Outreach Team registered nurses or does the team consist of other members of the multi-disciplinary team? Does the team feel well supported by the Critical Care Team?(Required.)
6.Are the team NMPs (non-medical prescribers) or working towards this qualification?
7.Does the Critical Care Outreach Team work within Critical Care? Is the Outreach service ever cancelled in order to staff Critical Care and if so, on average how often does this happen?(Required.)
