Pay related attrition survey

As the deadline looms for the government to fulfil its election promise to sort out paramedic professional recognition, the public debate on paramedic pay continues.
 
The Sydney Morning Herald recently published (18 Nov) a reader poll where 84 per cent of respondents support the government aligning NSW pay with QLD to ‘stem a reported exodus’.
 
To assist the ongoing debate, ADHSU delegates are asking that paramedic members take a moment to respond to the following survey regarding members’ thoughts on remaining in NSW as a paramedic.
