Thank you for your interest in the COVID-19 ECHO. This is an opportunity for your health center to learn from experts and a cohort of peer organizations in order to increase your health center's capacity to meet the needs of LGBTQIA+ patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 ECHO uses the Project ECHO model in conjunction with the application of practice transformation principles. Your health center will work alongside other health centers to create systems of care that support LGBTQIA+ patients.

The first COVID-19 ECHO session will be Wednesday, November 18th 2020, from 2-4pm (EST) and will continue on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month from 2-4pm (EST) until May 5th, 2021. Participants are expected to attend every session. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the cohort by October 12th, 2020.
