Thank you for your interest in the COVID-19 LGBTQIA+ ECHO. This is an opportunity for your health center to learn from experts and a cohort of peer organizations in order to increase your health center's capacity to meet the needs of LGBTQIA+ patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 ECHO uses the Project ECHO model in conjunction with the application of practice transformation principles. Your health center will work alongside other health centers to create systems of care that support LGBTQIA+ patients.

The first session of the COVID-19 LGBTQIA+ ECHO will launch in January of 2021.  Participating organizations will attend a 30-minute virtual orientation to the ECHO program where we will also discuss unique needs and considerations for the curriculum.

To participate in The COVID-19 LGBTQIA+ ECHO you must:
  • Attend all 6 sessions whenever possible
  • Have at least one consistent medical provider AND one consistent behavioral health provider who will attend
  • Submit cases when assigned
  • Participate actively
  • Be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or look-alike.
