Gateway Placemaking: Install artistic gateway features to welcome visitors to Gambier and reflect the community’s brand.

Property Acquisition & Redevelopment: Acquire target properties to catalyze development, demonstrate preferred development styles, and increase the tax base.

Update Village Facilities: Renovate and/or relocate Village offices to create a welcoming, modern civic center and library.

Small Business Grants / Loans: Create dedicated funding streams to support attraction, retention, and expansion of small businesses.

Community Events: Support public activities such as festivals, fairs, classes, or markets.
