What should I know about this research study?
The purpose of this research study is to identify ways in which The Birkman Method can support neurodivergent adults in the workforce.

If you are interested in participating in this survey, then you may proceed to the next page to access and complete the survey.
What happens if I do not want to be in this research?
Participation in this study is voluntary. If you choose not to take part in this study, it will not be held against you. Choosing not to take part will involve no penalties.
What happens if I say yes, but I change my mind later?
You can discontinue your participation in the study at any time. If you decide to leave the research, then already collected data might not be removed from the research record. Complete removal of your collected data from the study can be accomplished by contacting Birkman at the email address shown below.
Are there any risks or costs associated with this study?
We do not anticipate there to be any foreseeable risks or discomforts related to participating in this research study.
Participants in this study will receive a free Birkman Basics report. Information from this study also may benefit other people now or in the future by providing information on personality patterns in neurodivergent individuals.
All information from the study will be coded to keep your personal information private. No names or other identifying information will be used when analyzing, discussing, or reporting data. All files and data collected on the research project will be safely and securely stored. Only the research investigators will have access to the complete datafiles used in the study.
We may share and/or publish the results of this research. However, we will keep your identifying information confidential and will not share it.
