2026 SAMHSA ODT Overdose Educator Program

Commitment time is six hours in 2 (2.5) sessions. This year ONE graduation will be held 08/21/26.

This training is funded by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Program and is available to healthcare professionals across Texas and beyond such as MD's, EMT's, MA's, Pharmacists, Social Workers, LCDC's, EMT's, community programs, sororities'/fraternities', educators, families, friends, and EVERYONE. This training is free of charge, and all materials are provided. HHM Health is the first and only premier training provider in Texas for this course. Once obtained, the certification does not expire.

4.Do you give permission to be photographed in class then shared on the HHM website and social media pages? I hereby acknowledge that this Photography Release Form become effective on the date of registration for the SAMHSA Overdose Training Program. I hereby authorize HHM Health to edit, change, copy and make use of these photos for marketing purposes and can be used in marketing materials. I understand I am not entitled to any payment for usage of this photos. I understand I give consent for usage but not limited to publication for the internet, social media, magazines, journals, books, articles, and empirical as well as evidenced based research, articles, training and studies provided that it is done for lawful purposes. I understand these photos are the sole property of HHM Health for lawful purposes. I understand and release all rights to any, but limited to claims, rights, demands, and any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs, or anyone else. 5.Are you willing for your training responses to be added to the Overdose Trainer education programs Instructor manuals, books and discussion at training events for the usage of learning more about overdose as well as training other instructors. There will not be training compensation.(Required.)
