Basic Job Requirements: Upon hiring, all HRC employees (except Intramural officials) must obtain the American Red Cross (ARC) CPR/AED-Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and Universal Precautions certifications within 30 days. Lifeguard applicants must have current ARC certifications to apply.
