SfN Story Collection: Impacts of Federal Policies on Researchers

Throughout the year, SfN has been monitoring U.S. federal administrative actions that harm researchers including 15% caps on facilities and administrative (F&A) costs, communication and travel freezes, grant cancellations, reductions in force, and budget cuts. SfN Staff and NeuroAdvocates have met with several congressional offices who have expressed interest in hearing how these administrative actions have directly impacted researchers in their district or state.

This form will allow for these stories to be collected and shared with SfN staff. You may submit this form anonymously by omitting your name and email, but institution or affiliation and zipcode are required so SfN can ensure these stories are shared with the correct congressional offices, as appropriate. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to advocacy@sfn.org.
