The Sacramento County COVID-19 Collaborative is requesting your assistance in understanding the effect the Coronavirus pandemic has had on your business. COVID-19 has disproportionally impacted small businesses and we want to provide resources where they are most needed.
Your feedback is especially important as it will help policy makers and businesses like yours understand these effects. It should be noted that this information will be confidential and no personal information will be shared with outside parties.
Many of the questions on this survey ask about the experience of your business over the last month. This is to measure monthly changes across all months that we are monitoring the impact on businesses and will help us better understand the resources that businesses like yours will need during this pandemic. Other questions in the survey ask about changes "Since March 13, 2020" – this was the date the White House declared a national emergency because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
