Harris County Human Resources & Talent (HRT) is conducting this survey to better understand retirees and their covered dependent(s) experiences with retiree prescription benefits, including experiences related to the implementation of the SilverScript Medicare Part D Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) for Medicare-eligible participants. For purposes of this survey, Medicare-eligible generally means retirees or dependents who are age 65 or older, or otherwise eligible for Medicare due to disability.

While some questions are specific to Medicare-eligible retirees and dependents, feedback from all is important and will help us:

  • Evaluate retiree experiences
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Improve communication and support services
  • Inform future recommendations regarding retiree prescription benefits
