USU at TransGrid Member Survey

In order for us to understand your intentions around Management's offer we would appreciate you taking our quick survey.

This survey is confidential and will only be viewed by your union officials.

The purpose is to understand the feeling of our members towards the offer and any intentions towards fighting for a better offer.

2.Would you be prepared to participate in a Protected Action Ballot to pursue a better offer from Management?

As previously discussed with you, the intention in participating in a Protected Action Ballot may not necessarily result in you taking Protected Action and Protected Action may not necessarily be in the form of strike action.  There are different ways to take protected action.  Any action if taken will be decided by the collective USU members and the USU.  It is worth noting that only financial union members can vote for and participate in Protected Industrial Action.

Participating in a Protected Action Ballot is just the next step to show TransGrid Management that you are worth more given the hard work that you do to ensure the organisations success!
