Policy, Equity, and Practice Initiative

Through this initiative, Complete College America will select three states/regions committed to improving college completion while centering the closure of institutional gaps in attainment rates in that work. Over three years, CCA will provide support and resources to implement equity-focused, evidence-based strategies supported by policies based on the CCA pillars of student success. Additionally, program participants will join a network for collaboration and partnership that will contribute to building communities of practice. Facilitated support will occur both virtually and in-person throughout this project. Priority consideration will be given to CCA Alliance Teams who are already participating – or about to join - the National Student Clearinghouse’s Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) and who have completed the CCA Strengths Assessments. This project is supported by Ascendium Education Group.

Only one application may be submitted per state/region and should be completed by the CCA Alliance Lead or SHEEO representative. Once states are chosen for this project, CCA will work with those states/regions on a selection process for determining which colleges and universities will participate.
