Is it the more you know or who you know?

When it comes to success, the age-old question of whether it's "what you know" or "who you know" often arises. In the realm of Independent Living, this question takes on particular significance.

While knowledge and skills are undoubtedly crucial for navigating the challenges of disability and promoting empowerment, connections and relationships can also play a pivotal role.

The Independent Living community thrives on collaboration, mutual support, and the sharing of experiences. Thus, both aspects—what you know and who you know—are essential components of the fabric that sustains and strengthens the Independent Living Movement.

This survey aims to explore these dynamics further, creating a peer-to-peer directory that celebrates both the knowledge and the connections that drive Independent Living forward.
