2019 Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards

Nomination can be made by either the Business or by an individual

Recognizes one business for overall business excellence. The business must have been open or under new ownership for less than 1.5 years and have outstanding service, products and value. Consideration will be shown for a business that demonstrates community involvement and is an outstanding employer.

Separate nomination packages must be submitted for each 2019 Business Excellence category. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, September 6, 2019

* 1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for the nomination of a 2019 Business Award all applicants must meet the following criteria. Please review each item below and check the box beside to signify understanding of the eligibility requirements:

The nominated business must have operated in Okotoks & District for a minimum of two years (unless otherwise specified in the criteria for a particular category.)

The nominated business must employ Albertans to produce goods and/or provide services.

The nominated business must be operating at the time of nomination and at the time of presentation of the award.

Directors of the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce are asked to refrain from submitting self-nominations.

A representative of the nominated business must be available to attend the Chamber Business Excellence Awards Banquet.
