2019 Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards

Nomination can be made by either the Business or by an individual
This award recognizes one small business for overall business excellence. Eligible businesses must have been in operation for over 3 years in the public sector.
Considered by both the community and employees to be an outstanding employer,
have a reputation for consistently excellent service,
prominently involved in the community, and
environmental responsibility and sound employee relations,
additional considerations include:
Innovative approach to technology, products and services,
company growth through creative marketing techniques

Separate nomination packages must be submitted for each 2019 Business Excellence category.The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, September 6, 2019

* 1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for the nomination of a 2019 Business Award all applicants must meet the following criteria. Please review each item below and check the box beside to signify understanding of the eligibility requirements:

The nominated business must have operated in Okotoks & District for a minimum of two years (unless otherwise specified in the criteria for a particular category.)

The nominated business must employ Albertans to produce goods and/or provide services.

The nominated business must be operating at the time of nomination and at the time of presentation of the award.

Directors of the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce are asked to refrain from submitting self-nominations.

A representative of the nominated business must be available to attend the Chamber Business Excellence Awards Banquet.
