Your helping hands make all the difference in spreading holiday cheer and joy to families across our community. Set-Up Crew (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) - Help unload, decorate, and prepare stations.

Event Crew (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - Assist guests and support your assigned tent.

Breakdown Crew (2:00 PM - 3:30 PM) - Help with cleanup, packing, and take-down.

Her Holiday Haven (Feminine Hygiene Products) - Provide care and comfort items for women and girls.

The Merry Men's Den (Male Hygiene Products) - Share essential hygiene kits for men.

Tooth Fairy's Workshop (Dental Products for Kids & Adults) - Hand out toothbrushes, toothpaste, and healthy smile kits.

Santa's Toyland (Toys Ages 0-18) - Assist with toy selection and organizing age-appropriate gifts.

Deck the Halls Depot (Holiday Decorations) - Distribute festive decor to brighten homes.

Holiday Book Nook - Sort and share books for all ages to enjoy this season.

Evergreen Express (Christmas Trees) - Help families pick up their trees and holiday trimmings.

The Cozy Closet (Clothing) - Assist guests with selecting warm clothing and accessories.

The Jolly Pantry - Help distribute canned and shelf-stable food items.

Greeters & Guides - Welcome guests, answer questions, and direct them to the correct tents.

Little Elves Gift Corner - A space where kids pick special gifts for the grown-ups they love.
