A signed media release must be on file for all FNL youth summit attendees:

To whom it may concern I agreed to appear without payment on television radio website or other forms of media you may use and refuse forever, license, others to use my name, voice pictures, and or statements made by me on the program for any reason you may edit my appearance as you see fit, and I understand, you have no obligation to use my appearance you agree not to use my name or picture so as to amount to a direct endorsement by me of any product or service I agreed to be legally responsible for any claims arising from my statements on the program
