The survey below is fast and easy - it should only take a few minutes. The form includes questions about general volunteering at SCS, the Strategic Plan Pillar Committees, and your volunteer skills. You are encouraged to answer any or all the questions (even if you filled out the survey last year) but please know that although we try, we cannot use everyone, or everyone's skills, in any given year.
