Survey on the Implementation of National Roma Strategic Frameworks (2021–2030) 2026 Civil Society Monitoring Survey - Enlargement Countries

This survey is part of ERGO Network’s ongoing civil society monitoring of the implementation of National Roma Strategic Frameworks in the context of the EU Roma Strategic Framework for Equality, Inclusion and Participation 2020–2030.
Building on ERGO Network’s previous monitoring exercises, the 2026 survey aims to assess how national commitments on Roma equality, inclusion and participation are being implemented in practice, what progress has been made since 2021, and where important implementation gaps remain across Enlargement Countries.
The survey covers key areas of Roma equality, inclusion and participation, including fighting antigypsyism and discrimination, reducing poverty and social exclusion, strengthening Roma participation, and improving access to education, employment, healthcare, housing and essential services. It also looks at monitoring, funding, governance and accountability.
The survey seeks independent perspectives from Roma and pro-Roma civil society organisations, experts and other relevant stakeholders in Enlargement Countries. The findings will contribute to ERGO Network’s assessment of implementation, support comparison of developments across countries and, where appropriate, with EU Member States, and help identify priorities and recommendations for accelerating progress towards the 2030 objectives.
The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
Please complete the survey by 23 October 2026.
