CRFC Financial Assistance Application

It is the policy of the Congaree Rapid FC to provide soccer opportunities for all youth regardless of ability to pay to the extent scholarship funds are available. You must complete this form in its' entirety to be considered for financial assistance.

Application deadline is Friday, June 4, 2021. Late applications will be considered only if funds are available.

Only applications submitted via SurveyMonkey will be considered.

Information in application will only be used in determining eligible candidates for financial assistance and will not be released to any other organization.
