Progress survey: on-farm emissions reduction and climate resilience |
All agricultural businesses ultimately depend upon healthy natural resources, such as soil, water, air and biodiversity to thrive. There are many strategies for supporting healthy natural resources, reducing emissions and building resilience on-farm. This survey aims to capture north-west Tasmanian farmer interest, capacity and on-farm actions relating to the adoption of these practices and associated opportunities and challenges.
The Australian Government’s Climate-Smart Agriculture Program is supporting Cradle Coast NRM to deliver the Our Natural Advantage project. The results of this survey will assist Cradle Coast NRM to tailor the Our Natural Advantage project to best support the north-west Tasmanian farming community.
The survey contains 17 optional questions and should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential. This survey is intended for farmers, rural landholders and agricultural service providers in north-west Tasmania.
If you have any questions regarding this survey or the project please contact Isabella Kingston, Cradle Coast NRM Land Coordinator at ikingston@cradlecoast.com or phone 6433 8425.
