DVSD - Parent and Family Survey

Dear Parents and Guardians, 
As you may know, the Delaware Valley School District has four Title I schools (Delaware Valley Elementary School, Dingman-Delaware Elementary School, Dingman-Delaware Primary School, and Shohola Elementary School).  These schools provide targeted Title I reading support.  Family engagement is an important part of our Title I program.  We would like to know what type of parent/family programs you would like us to provide during the school year and how we can better serve you.  Please take a few minutes to complete this survey about your child's school and your opportunities to be involved in parent activities.  Part of the Title I program is aimed at increasing parent involvement.  This survey will be used to evaluate our title I program so that we can better serve you and your children.  Your responses will be kept strictly confidential.
This survey will be available to complete at our annual Fall and Spring Parent Meetings or you may complete the survey here online.  If you are unable to attend the Fall or Spring Parent Meeting, please consider completing this online version.
